NICK THE NIGHTFLY ORCHESTRA – Happy Birthday Radio Monte Carlo!
Nick is the iconic host of Monte Carlo Nights, a legendary program on Radio Monte Carlo that he created. The show is famous for introducing Italian listeners to cutting-edge and diverse sounds — from jazz and world music to lounge, nu-jazz, fusion, and ambient — and for featuring interviews and live performances with many international stars.
The Nick The Nightfly Orchestra concerts are a regular feature of the Blue Note Milano season, but this occasion will be truly special: Radio Monte Carlo is celebrating its birthday!
The Italian radio station based in the Principality of Monaco was founded on March 6, 1966, and will therefore be celebrating its 60 roaring, wonderful, unforgettable years. Years of stories, sounds, and unforgettable moments. A deep bond with the audience that chooses, listens to, and experiences it every day.
To celebrate such a moment rich in memories and emotion, Nick The Nightfly will take the stage, and there will be guests and surprises!
