Thursday 7.05. – Thursday 14.05.2026

Cyprus offers a unique blend of ancient history, vibrant culture, and stunning Mediterranean scenery. Visitors can explore UNESCO World Heritage sites, traditional villages, and beautiful coastlines while enjoying excellent Mediterranean food and sunshine most of the year.
Our trip includes a 5-day guided sightseeing round trip of Cyprus, followed by an optional 3-day leisure stay in Larnaca (European Capital of Culture 2030) for independent exploration of the island or relaxing on the island’s beautiful beaches.
PROGRAMME Highlights:

DISCOVER NICOSIA THE CAPITAL – the Divided City & History

Lefkosia (Nicosia), the only divided capital in Europe, lies in the heart of Cyprus and is a vibrant cultural hub. With history dating back to the Bronze Age, it became the island’s capital in the Late Byzantine period. Its old town, encircled by 16th-century walls, preserves museums, churches, and medieval buildings with a charming, historic atmosphere.
Highlights: Guided city tour of Lefkosia (Nicosia) to explore the city’s main sights such as the Venetian Walls, the Famagusta Gate, the Archbishop’s Palace, the St. John’s Cathedral with it’s beautiful frescoes, the Cyprus Museum (with stunning archaeological treasures), the Leventis Municipal Museum, Laiki Geitonia (the old town quarter).

EXPLORE THE TROODOS MOUNTAINS – Byzantine Heritage & Traditional Villages

The Troodos Mountains are the scenic heart of Cyprus, with forests, traditional villages, and rich Byzantine heritage. They offer beautiful views and a perfect mix of culture and nature.
Highlights: Scenic drive through the Troodos Mountains, visit to the UNESCO-listed Byzantine church Asinou, visit to Kykkos Monastery, one of the wealthiest and most famous monasteries in Cyprus, home to important icons and relics. Stop at the traditional village of Omodos, discover the old “Linos” wine press with tasting of local wine.

GET FASCINATED BY PAPHOS – UNESCO World Cultural Heritage

Paphos (European Capital of Culture 2017) combines UNESCO-listed antiquities with a charming seaside atmosphere. Paphos’s historical importance stems from its role as a major religious center for the cult of Aphrodite, the ancient Greek goddess of love and beauty, inspiring art and literature globally, and its rich layers of history from Neolithic times through the Roman and Byzantine eras, all visible in its extensive ruins and mosaics.
Highlights: Visit to the “Tombs of the Kings”, the Pillar of Saint Paul, the Church of Chryssopolitissa and the houses of Dionysus, Aion and Theseus with their fabulous mosaics. Free time for a stroll around the charming little port. Stop in Yéroskipou for a visit to the church of Paraskevi and a tasting of Loukoums, a sweet oriental speciality.
In the evening, we will enjoy a Night Out in a tavern with a lavish meze dinner, traditional music and folklore dance.

ENJOY A SCENIC TOUR ALONG THE SOUTH COAST – Myth, Ancient Kingdom & Crusade Castle.

On the way to Larnaca, you will be taken to the must-see rock of “Petra Tou Romiou “, the legendary birthplace of the Goddess Aphrodite. Following the road of the White Cliffs, you will find the ancient Kingdom City of Kourion. Its Roman/Greek theater offers a unique and gorgeous panorama, the fine mosaics of « the House of Eustolios » and a bit further up the road, the Sanctuary of Apollon Hylates. After visiting Kolossi Castle, a 15th-century Crusader fortress, the tour ends at the hotel in Larnaca.
